1. Sour cream mask
Simple and excellent anti-aging mask: mix with thick sour cream wheat germ oil (the oil can be found in pharmacies)
2. Cottage cheese mask
2hspoon of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. tablespoons carrot juice, 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons milk (all ingredients should be in the same proportions; if necessary, the portion size can be increased or decreased) mix thoroughly and grind. Then apply in a thick layer on the facial skin for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
3. Kefir mask
You will need 100-200 ml of fatty kefir (yogurt or sour cream). Within 15-20 minutes, the face is smeared several times with the selected fermented milk product. Wash off with warm water.
If you choose a high-fat sour cream or cream, apply it once, in a thick layer, on the facial skin for 10-15 minutes.
4. Oatmeal Mask
3-4 hrs. tablespoons cereal pour hot milk or cream. Apply the resulting mass on the face for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water. This mask helps soften dry, cracked and rough skin.
5. Honey Mask
Mix 2 tablespoons. spoon of honey 1 tbsp. spoon oatmeal, add 2 teaspoons milk. Apply the mixture on the skin of the face and hold for 15-20 minutes.

6. Banana Mask
Mash a medium banana, add 1 teaspoon of nourishing cream, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Everything gets mixed up. Apply on face for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
7. Pumpkin Mask
Mix the pumpkin puree (34g) with the sour cream (17g). Pour vitamin A into the mass (retinol, available at pharmacies). This agent activates lipid metabolism and stimulates the regeneration of epidermal cells.
8. Gelatin mask
16 g of gelatin, pour over heated milk (20 ml) and allow the gelatin powder to swell. Then put the mass in the fridge where it will get the consistency of a thick gel. This treatment is one of the most effective in terms of anti-aging properties.
9. Almond Mask
Prepare a mixture of almond oil (32 ml), honey (56 g), vitamin E ampoule (tocopherol) and rose essential oil (5 drops). In addition to its anti-aging properties, this treatment is aimed at deeply nourishing the skin.
10. Yeast Mask
Dissolve the yeast (5 g) in heated milk until a thick slurry is obtained. Leave this mixture for half an hour. At this time, a mixture of honey (28 g) and linseed oil or fish oil (16 ml) was evaporated. The yeast rejuvenating face mask saturates the dermis well with active ingredients.
11. Starch Mask
Mix coarse salt (10 g), milk (32 ml) and melted honey (6 ml) with starch (30 g). This mask has an abrasive effect, mattifies and nourishes the skin.
12. Almond Mask

13. Mask with Aloe

14. Glycerin Mask
